Description

Own the end-to-end Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content lifecycle, from authoring and component development to publishing and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Author, build, and publish web pages and digital content using AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Manage content governance, approvals, activation, and production deployment for high-volume enterprise sites.
• Administer digital assets (images, video, documents) and maintain content accuracy standards.
• Develop and maintain AEM Forms, managing user permissions and access security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into effective digital experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Digital Content Management, Web Content Administration, or Enterprise CMS platforms.
• Substantial hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience, including content authoring and page creation.
• Proficiency in component-based development and publishing workflows.
• Strong expertise in AEM Forms and digital asset management.
• Ability to utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) for content preparation.
• Proven track record managing permissions and content governance on enterprise websites.
• Experience troubleshooting authoring and publishing issues to ensure consistent user experiences.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to define and deliver digital requirements.
