Description

Lead technical delivery and development for large-scale Adobe Experience Manager projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical design and implementation details to enable developer execution.
• Lead a team of 8-12 members, managing module estimations and conducting code reviews.
• Provide technical direction, define best practices, and oversee performance optimization against NFR benchmarks.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and resolve blockers.
• Translate overall architecture into detailed technical designs and manage content migration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years of hands-on AEM development or tech lead experience.
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle AEM 6.x implementations (preferably 6.3+).
• Deep expertise in creating custom AEM components using JSP, Sightly, and OSGI bundles.
• Proficiency with AEM workflows, user management, roles, and I18N.
• Experience with content migration using automation techniques.
• Ability to consume and integrate REST and SOAP services into AEM.
• Experience working with Agile Development Methodology.

Preferred Skills

• AEM Lead Developer or Architect certification.
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and personalization use cases.
• Experience integrating AEM with e-commerce applications in headless and non-headless deployments.
