Good to Have Skills: RT-CDP configuration, audience eligibility, templates, offers and personalization, throttling, frequency capping, tag management (Adobe Launch), webhooks, data transformation, consent frameworks, and enterprise governance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement AEP data pipelines including sources, datasets, XDM schemas, identity namespaces, and profile stitching.
- Configure AEP RT-CDP segments, audiences, destinations for email/SMS and ad platforms with consent and governance controls.
- Build AJO journeys and campaigns with triggers, eligibility rules, orchestration logic, templates, personalization, and experimentation.
- Integrate event sources for streaming and batch processing, Edge implementations, and decisioning capabilities.
- Establish monitoring and QA processes including data quality checks, segment population, journey performance, and deliverability.
- Collaborate with QA, Analytics, and Marketing Operations teams while documenting solutions, runbooks, and providing L3 support.
- Ensure privacy and compliance through consent management, opt-outs, data retention, PII handling, and regulatory adherence.
- Optimize performance metrics including throughput, latency, identity match rates, and downstream activation success rates.
