Description

You implement and maintain Adobe Experience Platform data pipelines and Adobe Journey Optimizer campaign orchestration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build AEP data pipelines including sources, datasets, XDM schemas, identity namespaces, and profile stitching.
• Configure RT-CDP segments, audiences, and destinations for email/SMS and ad platforms with consent controls.
• Develop AJO journeys and campaigns using triggers, eligibility rules, orchestration logic, templates, and personalization.
• Integrate event sources for streaming and batch processing, implement Edge Network solutions, and configure decisioning.
• Establish monitoring and QA processes for data quality, segment population, journey performance, and deliverability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Hands-on expertise in XDM Schema Design and Identity Resolution.
• Proficiency in JSON and APIs for data integration and transformation.
• Strong understanding of Data Privacy, consent frameworks, and enterprise governance.
• Experience with event triggers, audience eligibility, and journey orchestration logic.

Preferred Skills

• Configuration of RT-CDP features including throttling, frequency capping, and offers.
• Experience with Adobe Launch (tag management), webhooks, and L3 support.
