Description

Lead the architecture and design of enterprise personalization solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture of personalization solutions using AEP, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, and Audience Manager.
• Design AEP data models, XDM schemas, ingestion pipelines, and profile unification strategies.
• Define identity resolution strategies, segment definitions, and audience activation workflows.
• Orchestrate integrations between AEP and external systems including CRM, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Establish governance frameworks for audience management and ensure compliance with GDPR and CCPA.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in Digital Marketing, MarTech, or Data Architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Decisioning Service, and Adobe Target.
• Deep expertise in XDM schemas, identity resolution, and segment building.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale personalization solutions.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and customer data governance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern integration patterns including APIs, event streaming, and ETL.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert in AEP or related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Experience in retail, BFSI, travel, or telecom industries.
