Description

You will design and implement enterprise-scale personalization solutions using Adobe Experience Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern complex data schemas within XDMs.
• Build and manage identity resolution and segmentation logic.
• Develop and deploy decisioning and activation workflows.
• Deliver end-to-end personalization solutions at enterprise scale.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in Digital Marketing Mar Tech or Data Architecture, focused on personalization.
• 5 years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (RealTime CDP, Journey Optimizer, Decisioning Service, Adobe Target).
• Strong knowledge of XDMs, identity resolution, segmentation, decisioning, and activation.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale personalization solutions.
• Solid understanding of data privacy regulations and customer data governance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern integration patterns (APIs, event streaming, ETL).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Skills in Java, Software Engineering, Design Architecture, ETL.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert in AEP or related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Experience in retail, BFSI, travel, or telecom industries with large-scale personalization needs.
