Description

You will implement, configure, and operate Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related Experience Cloud tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and activate customer profiles within Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP).
• Create and manage audiences using API methods.
• Develop and manage customer journeys and offers within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Handle data governance, identity resolution, and customer data pipelines.
• Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud tools including Workfront, AEM, and CJA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and operating Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Proven expertise in Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) configuration and profile activation.
• Hands-on experience with API-based audience creation and management.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer, including journeys and offers.
• Experience working with Adobe I/O, REST APIs, JSON, and XDM schemas.
• Understanding of customer data pipelines and identity resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
