Description

You will own the implementation and management of personalized, data-driven customer experiences using Adobe Experience Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and execute customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Build and manage audiences within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) using segmentation and profile stitching.
• Ensure proper data ingestion, identity resolution, and schema mapping within AEP.
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to define audience strategies and manage integrations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing technology or customer experience platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, identity resolution, and data schemas in AEP.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing customer journeys across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the retail or e-commerce domain.
