Description

You provide technical support and configuration expertise for the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Adobe Analytics for accurate data collection and reporting.
• Debug Adobe Web and Mobile SDKs using Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, or Postman.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security within the Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Support Real-time CDP operations, including data ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts to explore new AEP capabilities and platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience managing Real-time CDP, audience segmentation, and data governance.
• Proficiency in debugging Adobe Web SDK and Mobile SDK.
• Experience with Adobe Launch (Tag Manager) for tracking and data collection.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data connectors, and AEP integrations.
• Ability to analyze and interpret Adobe Analytics reports and customer journey data.
• Technical proficiency with JavaScript and JSON.
• Competency with Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, and Postman.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer data management and digital marketing.
• Adobe Experience Cloud certifications.
