Description

You will design, implement, and optimize customer journey solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AJO capabilities, including data ingestion, modeling, segmentation, and journey orchestration.
• Build and configure AEP data schemas, ensuring proper mapping of classes, field groups, identities, and attributes.
• Deploy omni-channel personalization strategies and implement A/B testing to optimize customer experiences.
• Configure AJO events, triggers, automation, and message delivery across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AEP and AJO data integration and system errors.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Expertise in data modeling, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, and WebSDK for data streaming, tagging, and tracking.
• Hands-on experience with email template creation, channel management, and IP warming.
• Strong understanding of data quality rules, validation, and synchronization.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with real-time data integration and identity resolution in AEP.
