You will lead the technical implementation and optimization of customer journeys within the Adobe ecosystem, designing maps, modeling data, and integrating systems to drive personalized interactions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design customer journey maps to visualize and plan touchpoints across the customer lifecycle.
• Create, manage, and optimize customer journeys using the Adobe Journey Orchestration platform.
• Structure and model data to support personalized and targeted customer interactions.
• Integrate Adobe Journey Orchestration with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, and external systems via APIs and SDKs.
• Analyze journey effectiveness using analytics tools to drive data-driven optimizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Journey Orchestration features and capabilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Campaign v8 (ACV8).
• Strong JavaScript and Spring Boot skills.
• Experience working with APIs and SDKs to connect external data sources.
• Ability to implement personalization techniques based on user behavior and data.
• Understanding of data modeling for personalized customer interactions.

Preferred Skills

• Basic UX design skills for creating engaging customer interaction interfaces.
