Description

You will manage the administration, integration, and technical maintenance of the Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ALM Developer Console, configuring access rights for IT teams to support APIs and server configurations.
• Configure custom access for group administrators and develop workflows to support group admin processes.
• Set up and maintain environments (dev, test sandbox, production), ensuring regular refreshes and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with Adobe on annual product release version updates and execute data migrations between systems.
• Manage email alerts and serve as the primary point of contact for technical support issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical administration or integration roles.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with API support and integration.
• Hands-on experience managing data migrations between systems and environments.
• Experience with server setup and maintenance.
• Degree in any field of study.
