Description

Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Experience Platform (AEP). You will build event-driven workflows, manage real-time personalization, and integrate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing technology solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, including event-driven flows and time-based campaigns.
• Leverage AEP capabilities such as Real-Time Customer Profile, Segments, Schemas, XDM, and Datasets to create journey conditions and triggers.
• Integrate APIs, the Decisioning Module, and Event Forwarding for real-time data ingestion and outbound integrations.
• Design, implement, and test email templates, push notifications, and in-app messages within AJO.
• Perform unit testing, UAT, and A/B testing to monitor journey performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Schemas, XDM modeling, Segment Builder, and Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful API integration.
• Experience with data sources (batch and streaming), identity stitching, and audience activation.
• Understanding of data privacy, consent, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert in AJO or AEP.
• Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Offer Decisioning.
• Experience with Tag Management Tools (Adobe Launch or Tealium).
