You will develop and maintain technical documentation, including software online help and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain topics for multiple platforms, ensuring style consistency and clarity.
• Research and gather data from Subject Matter Experts to produce accurate technical content.
• Translate complex engineering concepts into easily understandable documentation for various audiences.
• Perform quality assurance on all content to ensure conciseness and adherence to documentation guidelines.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while following established documentation development cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in technical writing and documentation development.
• Proficiency with Adobe RoboHelp and MadCap Flare.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for content formatting and styling.
• Experience with SnagIT for screenshot and visual aid creation.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to maintain a portfolio of published articles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in online help development and dealer manuals.
• Multilingual experience.
