Description

Manage website optimization and customized experience strategies across multiple touchpoints.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build multi-channel campaigns.
• Develop custom implementations using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Debug and troubleshoot configuration and integration issues related to custom site experiences.
• Partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate measurement of customized site experiences.
• Collaborate with IT, site management, and creative teams to drive technical execution of testing and personalization cadences.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience working with Adobe Target.
• 3+ years of experience in A/B testing and site personalization efforts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting technical delivery issues.
• Ability to communicate technical execution requirements to upstream and downstream teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multi-channel campaign strategies.
