Description

You will architect and lead the development of modern, functional web experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with a focus on modular component structures. You own the technical strategy for content modeling, integration patterns, and performance optimization across headless and conventional CMS architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom components, business-safe content templates, and experience fragments within AEM’s modular structure.
• Define and optimize CMS content authoring workflows, including AEM workflow modeling, approval chains, and legal review processes.
• Develop caching strategies using Adobe Dispatcher and CDN configurations to minimize content requests (CRs) and reduce backend overage fees.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms while ensuring compliance with audit and site auditing tools like Semrush.
• Optimize Search, Answer, and Graph engines, and manage asset optimization through dynamic media and renditions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building modern web experiences with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Deep expertise in AEM modular component structures, distinguishing between custom and core components.
• Proficiency in headless, conventional (HTL), and hybrid CMS architecture patterns, including AEM SPA editor and Edge Delivery Services.
• Strong understanding of Adobe CI/CD pipelines and Adobe cloud debugging tools.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target integration.
• Knowledge of Adobe’s charge structure, including content request definitions and overage fee mitigation.
• Ability to design content and metadata strategies that balance flexibility with performance.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AEM Forms and advanced compliance tool integrations.
• Experience with complex asset optimization and dynamic media workflows.
