Description

Configure, customize, and administer the Adobe Workfront platform to support enterprise business processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure custom forms, request queues, layout templates, user roles, and security settings within Workfront.
• Design, develop, and optimize workflows, templates, and automated business processes using Workfront Fusion.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications via Workfront Fusion, APIs, and connectors.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights and monitor system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and maintain system documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront platform configuration and administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Workfront Fusion for workflow automation and complex integrations.
• Proficiency in integrating Workfront with external systems using REST APIs and connectors.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting technologies including HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing or integrating with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud integrations.
