Description

You configure, maintain, and optimize Adobe Workfront environments, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure dashboards, reports, templates, request queues, custom forms, and workflows.
• Implement automations, approval paths, intake processes, and governance standards.
• Manage system administration including user setup, permissions, and data governance.
• Design scalable configurations and document technical solutions for client engagements.
• Optimize instance performance, support integrations, and facilitate user enablement.

Required Skills

• 3+ years hands-on experience configuring and administering Adobe Workfront.
• Proficiency in building dashboards, reports, templates, and custom forms.
• Experience with automations, approval paths, and workflow modeling.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with project management, creative operations, or marketing operations.
• Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Workfront Fusion or similar automation tools.
• Experience with data cleanup, restructuring, and performance optimization.
• Ability to operate in a consultative, client-facing environment.
