Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront projects, portfolios, custom forms, request queues, workflows, and user permissions.
• Develop and support automation workflows using Workfront Fusion.
• Build integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for project and resource management.
• Troubleshoot integration and workflow issues, perform root cause analysis, and support platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Adobe Workfront experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Workfront Fusion.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, and webhooks.
• Experience integrating Workfront with systems such as AEM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
