Description

Configure, maintain, and enhance Adobe Workfront projects, portfolios, workflows, and user permissions. Build integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and develop automation via Workfront Fusion.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workfront projects, portfolios, custom forms, request queues, and user permissions.
• Develop and support automation workflows using Workfront Fusion.
• Build integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for project and resource management.
• Troubleshoot integration and workflow issues, perform root cause analysis, and support platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Adobe Workfront experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Workfront Fusion.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, and webhooks.
• Experience integrating Workfront with AEM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
