Description

You will act as the technical subject matter expert for the Adobe Workfront platform, owning its configuration, customization, and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain Adobe Workfront software to meet business requirements.
• Design and develop automated business workflows, reporting dashboards, and scenario planning tools.
• Identify and resolve software issues and integration points with other applications.
• Consult with departments to define solutions and implement workflow processes.
• Create and execute quality assurance tests, user guides, and training materials.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience working with Adobe Workfront software.
• Expertise in business workflow automation and workflow management.
• Proficiency in building reporting dashboards within Adobe Workfront.
• Experience managing proofing capabilities and goal alignment.
• Ability to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software integrations.
• Experience evaluating new software releases and enhancements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex scenario planning tools.
