Description

You will manage and optimize the Adobe Workfront environment to support business processes and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workfront objects including custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, approval processes, milestones, and layout templates.
• Design and build process prototypes using agile methodologies to deliver streamlined workflows.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to drive process effectiveness and data visibility.
• Manage the Workfront Support Queue, providing technical troubleshooting and coordinating with Workfront technical support for bugs.
• Execute changes to custom forms and configurations while assessing impact on existing structures.
• Monitor quarterly application releases and communicate updates to relevant workstreams.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of direct Adobe Workfront experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Proficiency in Workfront Text Mode Reporting.
• Expertise in User Management and data visibility maintenance.
• Experience configuring workflows, queues, and custom forms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical Workfront models.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Bachelor's degree, Technical Certificate, or equivalent work experience.
