Description

You will manage ADP integrations and ensure data alignment across core ERP systems, specifically Workday and Costpoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Accounting, and Payroll stakeholders to design technology solutions for HR processes.
• Develop business requirements, integration plans, and analytics reports.
• Communicate system risks to senior stakeholders and support change management processes.
• Evaluate and prioritize HR technologies to improve operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Manage and coordinate the system support ticketing process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ADP experience, including inbound and outbound integrations and NetSecure.
• Proficiency in ADP foundation table maintenance: General Deduction Codes, Accumulators, Union Codes, Job Codes, Workers Comp codes, Benefit Programs, Locations, and HR User Defined Codes.
• Hands-on experience with EV5 and EV6 administrative tools, panel design, and department trees.
• Experience with ADP reports, report writing (ADPR), and ADP System Administration.
• 5+ years of IT experience with HRIS systems and integrations with major ERP vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to both engineers and senior management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ADP with Workday and Costpoint.
• Knowledge of Middleware tools and Payroll Integration.
• Familiarity with Process Improvement Methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or BPM, or background in Government Contracting.
