Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to address complex business problems and challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Automate processes using various tools such as Alteryx and Microsoft Power platforms for efficiency.
• Automate assurance processes by utilizing SQL tools and scripts for data validation.
• Create comprehensive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Ensure the robustness, accuracy, and business relevance of all analytical solutions developed.
• Maintain high standards in data quality, governance, and comprehensive documentation practices.
• Support the Group CCO strategy initiatives and contribute to team development activities.
• Set clear goals and expectations while providing guidance and support to team members.
• Develop and implement advanced analytics strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex analytical projects meeting quality standards.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify key business challenges addressable through analytics.
• Drive innovation in analytical methodologies and tools to improve processes and value.

Experience Required: 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields with strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Education: Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines
