Description

You will manage L2 support operations while developing and maintaining software solutions in Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software solutions using Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Lead the L2 support team to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Provide L3 support to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Mentor team members and enforce development best practices through code reviews and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Strong experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Http4k.
• Experience working with Openshift or Cloud environments.
• Proven ability to manage L2 support workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical troubleshooting.
