Description

You will design and implement security automation solutions for the Security Operation Center.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize the Palo Alto XSOAR platform based on operational needs.
• Integrate existing SOC systems using well-defined APIs.
• Onboard new data sources into Splunk or other SIEM tools and maintain them.
• Automate manual tasks within SOC workflows to improve efficiency.
• Deploy and evaluate external proof-of-concept security tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of development experience, with 70-80% focus on Python.
• Minimum 2 years customizing SOAR tools, preferably Palo Alto XSOAR.
• Proficiency in Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Experience with log management and SIEM technologies, specifically Splunk.
• Proven experience creating and reusing RESTful APIs for system integration.
• Knowledge of Linux, Git, Nginx, and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with web frontend technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS.
