Description

Design and develop enterprise applications using Java EE, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks. Own the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable applications using Java EE, Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using Angular or React JS.
• Develop and manage RESTful services and application logic.
• Containerize applications and manage deployment pipelines using Docker and AWS.
• Ensure code quality through test-driven development and version control with GIT or SVN.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in Java (Java 8 and above).
• Deep understanding of Java and JEE internals, including classloading, memory management, and transaction management.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Core, and Spring MVC.
• Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies like JPA2 and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React JS for frontend development.
• Practical knowledge of Maven, Jenkins, Tomcat 8, and Swagger.
• Experience with Docker containerization and AWS cloud services.
• Competency with Postman/Newman and version control systems like GIT and SVN.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing tools like Gatling or profiling tools like JProfiler.
• Familiarity with security scanning tools like Veracode or issue tracking in Jira.
• Sun Certified Java Developer credentials.
