Description

You will lead engineering teams through technical execution for new product development within the embedded GPS/INS product line.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse engineering teams to execute technical development for new products.
• Coordinate technical and programmatic status with Integrated Program Team leads.
• Manage Earned Value Management through schedule, cost, and milestone tracking.
• Develop and manage risks, opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Drive program achievement through early problem detection and course correction.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in electronic systems design engineering or project leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Industrial, Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience with DO-178 and DO-254 safety critical certification standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance for ITAR/export control compliance.
• Proven experience in Program Management or Systems Engineering.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and diverse global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated Earned Value Management (EVM) expertise.
• Background in the aerospace or safety critical industry.
• Technical expertise in Embedded GPS/INS systems.
