Description

You will manage day-to-day operations for a complex Salesforce environment serving over 200 users. You own the full lifecycle of system configuration, data integrity, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and license inventory for internal and external users.
• Execute data management tasks including loading, quality reviews, and duplicate record management.
• Build and maintain automation using screen flows and Lightning app configurations.
• Deploy features across development, testing, and production environments.
• Support the product backlog by refining requirements, drafting user stories, and conducting project discovery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience administering complex Salesforce instances.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, including Roles and Profiles configuration.
• Proficiency in building Salesforce reports, dashboards, and screen flows.
• Experience developing and maintaining Experience Cloud sites.
• Technical expertise with third-party applications: Conga, DocuSign, FormAssembly, Rollup Helper, SharinPix, CloudAnswers Report Sender, and Salesforce Maps.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with SQL and data management activities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or Public Administration.
