Description

You will provide back-end infrastructure support and advanced second-level technical support for workstations, servers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and O365/MS Exchange (2010 or higher) or Hybrid environments.
• Manage server and network alerts, performing remediation and antimalware administration.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose LAN/WAN issues and perform advanced desktop support.
• Execute backup administration and manage basic private and public cloud tasks.
• Oversee service desk team activities and resolve complex infrastructure-related problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT or related domain experience.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Wintel.
• 2+ years of experience in end-user technical support.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Active Directory, O365, or Azure.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Windows architecture.
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN troubleshooting and diagnosis.
• Any Graduate degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for user interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V private cloud administration.
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, Network+, Security+, or ITIL Foundation.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls or backup systems.
