Description

You will manage backend infrastructure, provide advanced second-level support, and oversee service desk operations for Windows, O365, and hybrid environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and O365/MS Exchange (2010+) or hybrid setups.
• Manage server and network alerts, performing remediation and antimalware administration.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues and execute backup administration.
• Resolve complex infrastructure problems and oversee service desk team activities.
• Manage basic private and public cloud tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT or related domain experience.
• 2-3 years of hands-on Wintel experience.
• 2+ years in end-user technical support.
• 1+ year with Active Directory, O365, or Azure.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Windows architecture.
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN troubleshooting and diagnosis.
• Any Graduate degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V private cloud administration.
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, Network+, Security+, or ITIL Foundation.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls or backup systems.
