Description

You will manage the transfer of test methods and equipment to contract manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and Test & Diagnostics developers to facilitate technology transfer.
• Review and improve existing test methodologies to streamline the transfer process.
• Document all existing and improved test methods.
• Duplicate necessary test fixtures and systems.
• Translate engineering documentation into English and participate in weekly technology transfer meetings.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in automated manufacturing engineering or electrical engineering.
• Experience transferring manufacturing and test processes to contract manufacturers.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and their integration with testing.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, LabVIEW, TestStand, or Python.
• Understanding of personal computer architecture.
• Experience configuring Windows and Linux environments.
• Ability to apply the scientific method for analysis and problem solving.
• Competency in both French and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills

• Technical college degree in electrical engineering (e.g., Quebec DEC 243.xx).
