Description

You will act as a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Manager supporting Advancement technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather, define, and document requirements for large, complex projects through stakeholder engagement.
• Manage support for Advancement technology systems and provide regular status updates to users.
• Develop and refine business processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with donors, volunteers, staff, and faculty to support a donor-centric service model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience performing Systems Analyst functions.
• Ability to manage project tasks and business analysis workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge.
• Experience using Cognos.
