Description

Act as a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Manager for Advancement technology systems, owning requirements, project workflows, and system support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, define, and document requirements for large, complex projects through stakeholder engagement.
• Manage support for Advancement technology systems and provide regular status updates to users.
• Develop and refine business processes and procedures to support a donor-centric service model.
• Coordinate with donors, volunteers, staff, and faculty to ensure effective system adoption.
• Manage project tasks and business analysis workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in systems analysis or project management.
• Strong SQL experience for data querying and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience performing Systems Analyst functions, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge.
• Experience using Cognos.
