Description

You will serve as the primary technical advisor for customers, driving product adoption and technical maturity across data center, campus, routing, and AI environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers to position Arista products and expand account footprint.
• Deploy and integrate CloudVision, APIs, and automation tools for monitoring, telemetry, and provisioning.
• Deliver strategic technical workshops on automation, CI/CD, and CloudVision, and document solution blueprints.
• Act as the liaison between customer operations, TAC, and engineering to drive proactive solutions.
• Assess customer environments for operational health, compliance, and automation maturity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as network consulting or solution architecture.
• Expertise in L2/L3 networking, including OSPF, BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN.
• Proficiency with automation ecosystems: EOS, CloudVision, Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
• Strong consultative business acumen, linking technical outcomes to revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in data center, cloud, campus, or routing environments.
