Description

You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale digital solutions within the Adobe ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise architecture across Adobe ecosystems, including AEM, Target, and analytics.
• Transform business vision into achievable technology roadmaps for content, commerce, and analytics.
• Design system components, including repository layout, server architecture, communications frameworks, and data models.
• Define content models and lifecycle processes using Adobe Experience Manager.
• Lead engineering teams and collaborate with client executives, CTOs, and external vendors to establish technical vision.
• Manage technology delivery roadmaps and enforce engineering standards and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, drive proofs of concept, and identify system deficiencies.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of total IT experience.
• 10+ years of experience defining and executing multiple full-scale AEM implementations at enterprise scale.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and ecosystem integration.
• Proven track record in application design, deployment, and production environment setup.
• Experience managing distributed and offshore teams.
• Ability to architect logical and physical system designs addressing performance and security.
• Strong capability in mapping client requirements to technical solutions and cost estimates.
• Experience working directly with client stakeholders and executive leadership.
