Description

You will own the technical strategy and solution design for a large-scale, multi-region web platform modernization using Adobe Experience Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state assessment of AEM implementations across multiple business units and regions.
• Define reference architecture and target-state blueprint, including AEM Cloud, CI/CD, security, and localization.
• Lead technical workshops to align stakeholders on architectural standards, governance, and performance goals.
• Own the technical design and supervise execution of AEM implementation/refactoring efforts.
• Troubleshoot architecture-level issues including performance, caching, personalization, and content delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in architecture roles.
• Deep experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proficiency in AEM Cloud environments.
• Experience integrating CI/CD practices into development workflows.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tooling.
• Ability to define standards for component development and content modeling.
• Experience rationalizing codebase and supporting site unification.
