Description

Lead the architectural design and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager applications, translating business needs into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Sling.
• Conduct requirement analysis to create conceptual, logical, and detailed technical designs.
• Interface with clients to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Manage configuration planning, testing, and change management processes.
• Optimize application performance and handle complex debugging tasks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering development experience.
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing applications in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• 3+ years of Java and J2EE programming experience.
• 3+ years of experience with JCR-based WCM products.
• Proficiency in CMS design and application architecture.
• Experience with Git-based platforms including Bitbucket, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong diagram design and business analysis skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
