You will design and implement tailored technical solutions using Adobe Experience Manager to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize AEM Assets (DAM) features, including metadata schemas, workflows, and governance models.
• Develop AEM components, templates, dialogs, and OSGi services.
• Integrate AEM core functionalities with third-party systems to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Optimize application performance through dispatcher configurations, query optimization, and caching strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across author, publish, and dispatcher environments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
• Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 8/11+), Java EE (JSP, Servlets), and OSGi (Apache Felix).
• Deep understanding of AEM architecture, including Apache Sling, JCR, and dispatcher caching.
• Expertise in AEM Assets (DAM), including asset ingestion, metadata management, and rendition configuration.
• Practical experience with Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Asset Collections.
• Solid grasp of OOP principles and Sling Models.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with AEM’s CoralUI/GraniteUI libraries.
• Proficiency with Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Sites or AEM Assets.
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Integration experience with CRM, PIW, Marketing Automation, or E-commerce platforms.
