Description

You will design and architect enterprise-grade AEM solutions for insurance business needs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AEM projects, including component design, template development, and system integration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate insurance requirements into technical solutions.
• Define best practices for AEM development, deployment, and governance across platforms.
• Integrate AEM with policy administration systems, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
• Guide development teams on AEM architecture, code quality, and reusable component design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AEM, including Sites, Assets, and Forms.
• Expertise in Java and J2EE development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience implementing RESTful APIs and SOAP services for AEM integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting models for AEM deployments.
• Understanding of insurance processes (policy servicing, claims, underwriting).
• Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
