Description

You will architect scalable Java applications on the Adobe Experience Manager platform and lead digital implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions for Headless CMS use cases and large-scale website migration projects.
• Lead digital implementation projects and oversee development teams to ensure technical standards and quality.
• Define platform roadmaps, target state architectures, and content management strategies.
• Perform hands-on proof of concepts, prototyping, and technical research to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to lead discovery sessions and manage project tracks to closure.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience architecting Java-based applications on AEM / CQ.
• Deep expertise with the Adobe tool stack, including AEM, Analytics, Target, Launch, and Dynamic Media.
• Proven experience integrating AEM with Adobe cloud tools such as CDP.
• Experience in MarTech domains including email marketing, social media marketing, cookie consent, and accessibility.
• Ability to define best practices for content management performance and scalability.
• Experience working within Agile SCRUM environments.
• Strong technical leadership skills to oversee Adobe development efforts and provide SME support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with survey tools and feedback tools.
