Description

Lead the architecture and design of AEM-based solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex web applications and components using Adobe Experience Manager.
• Develop and customize advanced AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during architecture and code reviews.
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and security compliance.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, specifically AEM 6.x or later.
• Deep understanding of AEM architecture, including OSGi, Sling models, and the JCR repository.
• Expertise in Java programming and RESTful web services.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of web analytics, SEO principles, and accessibility standards.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification in AEM.
• Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices including CI/CD and containerization.
