Description

You will design and implement high-level architectures for complex Adobe Experience Manager projects, translating business requirements into detailed solution visions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead globally distributed teams of AEM, integration, and QA engineers through hands-on implementation.
• Design, build, and integrate AEM platform templates, components, and services with internal and external applications.
• Own overall solution quality, performance, and troubleshooting, including bottleneck analysis and optimization.
• Anticipate technical risks at the module level and collaborate with program leadership to resolve them.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of specific Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience.
• Deep expertise in AEM 6.3+ and the Adobe Digital Marketing Suite.
• Strong technical knowledge of Sling, OSGI, Felix, Jackrabbit, JCR, and CRX.
• Proven experience with Adobe CQ and general Content Management Systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI-CD, GIT, and Jenkins.
• Expertise in designing modules, components, and end-to-end AEM implementations.
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture Consulting, including stakeholder interviewing and architecture reviews.
• Ability to lead large-scale technology engagements and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
