Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, integrating them with Verint Telligent Community platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable, author-friendly AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using HTL (Sightly), JCR, Sling Models, and OSGi services.
• Configure and maintain AEM Dispatcher rules, caching strategies, and CDN behavior to ensure performance and stability for community-facing traffic.
• Integrate Verint Telligent Community features (forums, blogs, profiles) into AEM managed pages using Telligent APIs, widgets, and extensions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve rendering, workflow, bundle, and content structure issues across AEM and community integrations.
• Collaborate with community managers, UX teams, and platform teams in Agile ceremonies to deliver documentation and operational readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5).
• Proficiency in Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
• Hands-on experience developing AEM components using HTL (Sightly).
• Experience configuring AEM Dispatcher and caching mechanisms.
• Proven track record with Verint Telligent Community customization, including forums, blogs, and API integration.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working in Agile teams with strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe AEM Developer or Sites Certification.
• Experience supporting high-traffic customer-facing community platforms.
• Exposure to community moderation, metadata, or SEO optimization.
