Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and execute end-to-end architectures for complex AEM systems.
• Drive full stack development across the application lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams through hands-on technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record in a Technical Lead role.
• Deep expertise in Java development.
• Strong proficiency with ReactJS.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript.
• Experience with Bootstrap for responsive styling.
• Competency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience in technical architectural design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
