Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable AEM solutions with a strong focus on AEM Assets and cloud service architecture.
• Develop Sling Models, OSGi services, servlets, listeners, schedulers, and custom bundles for backend functionality.
• Implement asset metadata, ingestion, workflows, tagging, permissions, and governance processes.
• Integrate AEM with external systems through REST APIs, messaging patterns, and authentication mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot performance, caching, Dispatcher behavior, repository queries, and cloud deployment constraints.

Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Solid backend development expertise in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and AEM component/service development.
• Experience designing scalable content and asset solutions with workflows, permissions, and repository-level implementation patterns.
• Experience with Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, unit testing, integration testing, and release support.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-grade AEM solutions with a focus on Assets and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience troubleshooting AEM performance, caching, Dispatcher behavior, repository queries, and cloud deployment constraints.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Adobe Experience Manager development.

Good to Have:

• Java 8/11+.
• Headless AEM.
• Content Fragments.
• GraphQL APIs.
• SPA integrations.

Education:

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent professional qualification
