Description

You will develop and extend backend functionalities within the AEM ecosystem, owning core technical processes and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Extend AEM core functionalities, including Launches, and manage core component configurations.
• Develop workflows, Sling servlets, and RESTful services using JSON.
• Manage Lucene indexing and ensure proper AEM security and Access Controls.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, QA, and UX teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Document technical processes and explain core systems to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AEM projects (versions 6.4 or newer).
• Strong Java programming foundation with hands-on experience in Sling models.
• Proficiency with Sling servlets, REST APIs, and JSON data structures.
• Experience with Coral/Granite UI and Adobe UI customization.
• Working knowledge of Sightly and Lucene indexing.
• Deep understanding of AEM security, Oak, Sling, and Dispatcher.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium, or Maven.
• Familiarity with SQL and RESTful service design.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other CMS platforms and the DXP landscape.
