Description

You will lead the development of the MarTech stack anchored by AEM, managing the full lifecycle from estimation to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom components, templates, workflows, multi-site management, and integrations using AEM.
• Maintain the CMS through infrastructure updates, security fixes, and performance tuning.
• Respond to security events, failures, and application issues in production.
• Write AEM Dispatcher rules and configure Apache Web Server or Nginx redirection.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of web development experience, with at least 2 years focused on AEM (AEM as a Cloud Service preferred).
• Proven track record of implementing at least 2 full-cycle AEM projects.
• Hands-on experience with AEM building blocks: Java Content Repository, Sling web framework, and Apache Felix OSGi framework.
• Proficiency in Java, DAM, and Workflows.
• Experience using Unix OS to troubleshoot application, certificate, and performance issues.
• Knowledge of AEM setup, configuration, caching, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Databases and Performance Tuning.
