We are looking for an AEM Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. If you have 7+ years of experience and expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), this could be your next big opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and optimize digital experiences using AEM.
✅ Work with technical teams to design and implement AEM-based solutions including CMS, DAM, personalization, and e-commerce integrations.
✅ Lead requirement-gathering sessions and map business processes to AEM capabilities.
✅ Develop digital transformation strategies ensuring alignment with business and marketing objectives.
✅ Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
✅ Provide training & support to clients for AEM adoption and best practices.
✅ Ensure high-quality AEM implementation and drive continuous improvements.

Skills & Expertise:
🔹 Strong experience with AEM components (Sites, Assets, Forms, Commerce).
🔹 Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, etc.) is a plus.
🔹 Expertise in business process mapping and translating business needs into technical solutions.
🔹 Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus!
