Description

You will own the business analysis and solution design for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define business goals and map processes to AEM capabilities.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Work with technical teams to design and implement AEM-based solutions, including CMS, DAM, and e-commerce integrations.
• Develop digital transformation strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Provide training and support to clients for AEM adoption and best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or solution design.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components: Sites, Assets, Forms, and Commerce.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and stakeholder management.
• Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience driving continuous improvements in AEM implementation quality.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud (Analytics, Target, Campaign).
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification in AEM.
• Experience with AEM adoption strategies.
